Job Description
This is a remote position.
CLOSING DATE: 30 JUNE 2026
This role may close earlier than the advertised date if we receive a strong response, so early applications are encouraged.
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer excellent at B2B SaaS UI, experienced enough to immediately discern what good enterprise software should feel like - and what it should not.
You might be a designer who has grown comfortable with code, or a UI developer with excellent taste and judgement. In an AI-first world, the boundary between the two matters far less than your instinct for what good looks like.
The primary focus of this role is the Sponsorworks Events platform: our core commercial product, built on ASP.NET, handling complex workflows across event management, ticketing, hospitality, and guest management. It has strong bones and a loyal customer base. It also has real UX and UI debt that has accumulated over years of continuous development. You are being brought in to transform it, not maintain it.
What makes this role exciting is how you will implement your work. Rather than handing designs to a development team, you will use AI-assisted coding tools (primarily Cursor) to make changes directly in the codebase. You do not need a formal engineering background. You do need genuine fluency with these tools and the intelligence to get up to speed quickly. The hiring process includes a live practical test of this.
You will report to the Principal Product Architect, an experienced product design manager who is highly collaborative and involved.
What You'll Be Doing
- Take ownership of the UX and UI quality across the Events platform: identifying what needs attention, prioritising ruthlessly, and driving improvements through to completion
- Design and directly implement changes into the codebase using AI coding tools, eliminating the traditional Figma handoff
- Work with live data; understand how event and guest information flows through the product and how to make it clearer and more useful for the people who rely on it daily
- Manage the full development lifecycle: clarify commercial requirements, deliver UI code via AI tools, align with scrum master / developers / QA and collaborate through to release.
- Contribute product thinking at every stage - not just executing briefs but helping to shape them
- Raise the overall quality of the product toward an experience that reflects the premium commercial relationships it supports
What We're Looking For
You must have:
- Demonstrable expertise in improving SaaS interfaces: dashboards, data-heavy screens, complex workflows - on products that real people use for real work
- Excellent UI fundamentals with a comprehensive grasp of modern SaaS UI patterns and technologies: you know your shadcn from your Bootstrap, your Tailwind from your legacy CSS, and you understand why those distinctions matter
- A strong UX instinct: you think in flows and systems, not just screens; you understand where users get confused and why
- Product-mindedness: you understand why a feature exists and who it serves, not just how it looks
- Proven, hands-on fluency with AI coding tools: Cursor, Copilot, or equivalent; you must be already working this way and able to demonstrate it
- Enough technical confidence to use AI tools to make real, production-bound changes
- Excellent written and verbal English; this is vital to work with our global, remote, asynchronous-first team
- Comfort working within a structured development process: Jira, feature branches, alignment with developers and QA
How you will stand out:
- A genuine interest in sport; understanding this domain is key to success and cultural fit.
- Experience with events, ticketing, hospitality, or guest management software; someone who already understands these workflows will move faster
- Experience improving legacy or mature products rather than only building from scratch; this role is not a greenfield project
- A portfolio with data-rich SaaS interfaces: dashboards, analytics views, anything where making complexity feel effortless is the challenge

Salary: 1.35million Kč

- Opportunity to work on exciting projects for upcoming major sport and entertainment events
